A Review of The Amarant by Author Tricia Barr

The Amarant, Tricia Barr, draws readers into a fantastic world full of vampires, where the infatuation of a young woman by a fictional woman takes on an incredible reality where the novel, the paranormal and a fantastic legacy without surpassing supernatural power meet To change their world forever.

The heroine of the story, Crimson Wilkinson, depicts a complex and very young woman who refuses to let the darkness of a past full of wounds take her life. Being seventeen, she lives with her mother in Tucson, Arizona a place that is lacking when it comes to emotion. As with any high school student, Crimson suffers from common experiences; An angry teacher, bullying enemy sliced classes, an attraction for the Hunky football player, and boredom. In all, the Amarant was a well-executed novel. He fell easily into the Young / Paranormal romance paradigm with his mixture of young Romance, animated characters, paranormal creatures and the construction of intense romance. And in general, I found it made for a good reader escapist who should please fans of the genre, however, the pace of the story started slowly but took later with an intensity that I would be present earlier in the story. In addition, I particularly liked the use of the creativity of the author Tricia Barr when he came to the diversity of archetypes of vampires and especially his skillful use of images in the bloody scenes of fiercely vampire fights that made a Particularly exciting reading.
